“I was really skeptical about the threshold pattern you demonstrated but I figured I may as well give it a try since I was attending the workshop.

I’d been in the habit of eating several Hershey’s chocolates (which we keep in the freezer at my office) every day after lunch. It had become something of a compulsion and I just wasn’t satisfied until I ate them.

Well, I decided to use that for practicing the threshold pattern…

…I hadn’t really thought about it at all after doing the 5-minute practice.

About two weeks later, I opened the door to put something in the freezer at work and I literally laughed out loud when I saw the bag of chocolates. I had not given them a single thought since the workshop!
